  • Noqu Viti translated in English is "My Fiji". Growing up as a child our desserts have revolved around coconut and brown sugar, so I've combined a few of my favourites into one cake. The subtle burnt brown sugar gives this cake an edge and a taste that will make you fall in love with it. Best served chilled.
